I recently contacted One Design Group about issues I was having with my websites. I spoke to Matt - over the phone - who discussed the issues with me and gave a thorough breakdown of how the issues could be rectified. One of the websites had been taken down (and had been told previously by another company) it couldn't be retrieved. However, Matt managed to retrieve the website whilst I was on the phone - much to my relief. And this was before I'd met Matt. Even over the phone I felt that Matt understood my concerns. He gave clarity and supported me through these challenges, empathising, giving clarity and reassurance - rare in this day and age.
Following on from this, I didn't hesitate to go ahead and work with One Design group, and was then was able to meet up with the rest of the team at their offices in North Shields. Here I was introduced to Andrew who, along with Matt, went through the technical issues of the websites and also the design and layout. Everything was explained by both of them so I understood what they would be doing to improve the performance and design of both websites. Nothing was too much trouble, and they answered my questions giving clarity so I could better understand the inner workings and operational processes of IT.
