Premier
A brand and website built to match the calibre of the clients Premier already works with
The
challenge
Premier Plant and Civil Engineering had the work, the clients and the capability, but a website that reflected none of it. The existing online presence was basic, with little marketing collateral to draw on and no strong brand identity to build from, yet the business was already working alongside major contractors and established organisations who expect their supply chain to look the part.
The challenge was to create a brand and website that matched the calibre of the clients Premier already works with. At this level, civil engineering clients are not browsing casually. They are assessing capability, track record and professionalism, and the site needed to communicate all three quickly and convincingly.
The audience was specific: the procurement managers, project directors and commercial leads reviewing Premier as a potential partner. Every decision had to be made with that bid audience in mind, presenting an established, confident business rather than a small supplier with an underpowered web presence.
Our
approach
We began by understanding the market Premier operates in and the audience the site needed to impress. Civil engineering clients at this level are not browsing casually. They are assessing capability, track record and professionalism. The site needed to communicate all three quickly and convincingly.
Content was central to the approach. We quickly identified that Premier’s most powerful asset was its portfolio of completed projects – the scale of the work, the calibre of the clients and the quality of the delivery. We gave the portfolio significant prominence throughout the site, ensuring that the evidence of what Premier can do was front and centre from the moment a visitor arrived.
The brand identity was developed alongside the site, creating a visual language that felt established, confident and appropriate for a business operating at this level. Every design decision was made with the bid audience in mind: the procurement managers, project directors and commercial leads who would be reviewing Premier as a potential partner.
To bring the site to life and immediately communicate the scale and ambition of the business, we created a hero video banner for the homepage, showcasing Premier’s flagship project and giving visitors an immediate sense of the size, quality and capability behind the brand.

Impact
Premier Plant now has a website that sits comfortably alongside the brands it works with. The site projects confidence and credibility, positioning the business as a serious, capable contractor rather than a smaller operator trying to punch above its weight.
The portfolio-led structure ensures that future bids and tenders are supported by a strong online presence that does the groundwork before the first conversation takes place. When a prospective client searches for Premier or receives a proposal, what they find online now reinforces rather than undermines the pitch.
