challenge
Sheila Robinson is one of the most decorated permanent makeup artists in the North East, named Permanent Makeup Artist of the Year 2025 on top of a long list of earlier awards. Her problem was not talent or reputation. It was a fast-growing service menu and a training academy that had outgrown the old site. Dermafinity needed a website that could carry everything from brows and lips to laser removal, PRP, microneedling and a full suite of beginner and advanced courses, while still feeling premium enough to reflect an award-winning artist and reassuring enough to convert nervous first-time clients.
Our
approach
We built a clean, treatment-led site that makes a broad menu easy to navigate and easy to book. Each treatment gets its own space with clear, confidence-building copy, so a client researching microneedling or laser tattoo removal finds exactly what they need without wading through jargon. Sheila’s awards and two decades of experience are pushed front and centre to build trust, and real client testimonials do the heavy lifting for anyone on the fence. The training academy sits alongside the treatment side as its own clear pathway. Online booking, finance options and enquiry forms are woven throughout so interest converts on the spot, and we optimised the whole site for the local and treatment-specific searches that bring in new clients across Newcastle and Gateshead.
