The Kitchen Works
A long-standing partnership driving brand growth, digital visibility, and engagement across two distinct audiences
The
challenge
The Kitchen Works is the largest kitchen manufacturer in the North of England, serving both public and trade sectors, and its central marketing challenge is speaking to two distinct audiences at once. Trade professionals and homeowners have different motivations, priorities and purchasing journeys, so every piece of activity has to deliver the right message and value proposition to the right people at the right time.
This is not a one-off project but a long-standing partnership. The Kitchen Works is one of our oldest client relationships, and the work spans brand, website, advertising, brochures, social media and email, all needing to engage both audiences meaningfully rather than defaulting to a single generic message.
The ongoing challenge is sustained growth across a complex journey. Customer decisions play out over multiple touchpoints and offline showroom visits, so the marketing has to build visibility and generate leads consistently over years, not just campaign by campaign.
Our
approach
Our relationship began with the development of a new brand identity and website. Following the success of these initial projects, we have continued to support The Kitchen Works with a wide range of marketing activities designed to strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and support long-term business growth.
Building long-term client relationships is central to our approach – one of the first questions we ask any prospective client is, “Can we work well together?” Our enduring partnership with The Kitchen Works is a testament to that philosophy, reflecting the trust and collaboration that has developed over many years.
From website content and digital advertising to brochures, social media, and email campaigns, every piece of marketing collateral is designed to engage both audiences in a relevant and meaningful way.

Impact
Measuring the impact of long-term marketing activity can be challenging, particularly when customer journeys span multiple touchpoints and offline interactions such as showroom visits. It is rarely possible to attribute growth to a single marketing initiative.
However, one metric that clearly demonstrates success is website traffic. Through a combination of strategic SEO, paid advertising, content development, and ongoing digital marketing activity, website traffic has increased by an impressive 118% over the past two years. This sustained growth has strengthened The Kitchen Works’ online presence, increased brand visibility, and created more opportunities to engage both trade and consumer audiences.
